Wastewater Aeration System Installer - Foreman
Full-Time; On Site & Off Site, Travel Required

EDI services customers across the continental United States. Crew members must be willing to travel long distances frequently. The starting wage is $25 / hr.
The schedule for this position varies depending on season, time zone, and workload. Local shop / factory work is required at times when no site work is scheduled.
Reports to SiteWorks Crew Manager.
Responsible for wastewater treatment installations.
Communicates professionally with the EDI Project Site contact.
Motivates and maintains positive attitudes within crew.
Directs tasks to crew to complete a successful project.
Responsible for quality control of fabrication on site.
Communicates information successfully to and from crew, customers and management.
Full understanding of EDI drawings. Maintains as-built drawings for documentation.
Assists with pre-job planning and installation procedures.
Coordinates project visit (including travel plans / accommodations) when arriving onsite.
Coordinates arrival and departure with customer, survey sites, reviews scope and plan for visit.
Ensures that work is executed as designed.
Completes comprehensive project logs (including photos). A detailed description of work done daily. Records repairs and purchases of new tools.
Maintain job site in an organized and safe environment.
Responsible for safety documentation daily. Conducts or helps conduct toolbox meetings on site and all other necessary safety paperwork such as : Pre-Job hazard assessments, daily hazard assessments, near misses, toolbox talks, incident investigations, injury reports and incident reports.
Has a good understanding of various tasks and completes them with the highest of craftsmanship. Tasks include but are not limited to :
HDPE butt fusion
Socket fusion
Assembly of metal piping
Installation of blowers
Diffuser installation
Pipe Assemble
Diffuser Cleaning
Oversees onsite training to new and existing employees on site.
Ensures maintenance and repairs for equipment is up to date (trucks, boats, trailers, fusion machinery, small tools, etc).
Assists with installation
Ensures returned parts are documented and returned to inventory
Responsible for crew / workers accessibility to all PPE.
Utilizes Tablets to update TEAMS channels; upload / update project logs, hotel tracking, project check list, files and forms as required.
Stores and submits important invoices and receipts.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 year experience in wastewater aeration installation preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Valid Class E Driver's License

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to perform routine tasks. Frequent computer, phone and in person usage and communications. The employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.
