Associate Director, EHS Digital Portfolio Management

Job Title

Join us and lead a team of safety and environment professionals and drive the evolution of our Global Safety and Environment (GSE) digital systems. You will spearhead projects that improve how we work, partner across the business and IT, and champion best practices that make our systems more effective, user-friendly and future-ready.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following :

• Lead digital projects : Identify, evaluate, and implement enterprise-level Environmental Health and Safety digital solutions, including replacing systems at end of life and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Partner with information technology : Build strong relationships to ensure smooth implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of EHS systems.
• Improve adoption and skills : Use data to spot user skill gaps and design targeted training and engagement to boost system adoption and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement : Develop and refine procedures, guidelines, and training to keep EHS digital systems optimized and aligned with best practices.
• Build business cases : Quantify benefits and return on investment to secure resources and stakeholder support for enhancements and new solutions.
• Coach leaders : Enable leaders across functions to successfully adopt and use digital EHS solutions.
• Communicate and present : Create clear, compelling presentations and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage projects : Serve as project manager or key team member for initiatives requiring EHS subject matter expertise and systems support.
• Track metrics : Monitor compliance, performance metrics, and feedback; lead the consolidation of company-wide EHS metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate externally : Engage with peer organizations to learn from the market and identify future opportunities in EHS digital systems.
• Lead the team : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of EHS professionals, fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented environment.
