Lead iManage Engineer (MSP | Legal Industry | 100% Remote

What Youll Do

Lead and deliver cloud transformation and document management projects for legal clients nationwide
Design, configure, and optimize iManage Cloud and on-prem environments ensuring smooth integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security platforms
Conduct environment assessments, recommend improvements, and drive project timelines from discovery to delivery
Build automation scripts and deployment templates to streamline client rollouts
Partner directly with attorneys, IT directors, and stakeholders to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with a team of cloud, security, and systems experts no silos, no red tape
Stay ahead of emerging tech and compliance standards (SOC, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, etc.)

What Makes You a Great Fit

5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing iManage or similar enterprise legal tech solutions

Expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern authentication frameworks

Strong understanding of data governance, security, and workflow optimization

Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating with executive stakeholders

iManage certifications (ICSE, Cloud Onboarding Technical Specialist) or equivalent experience preferred

Prior experience working with law firms or professional services organizations highly valued
