Would you like to be part of the opening of our Mama Shelter in Downtown Los Angeles!

THE MISSION

  • Youre the person our Mama trusts to develop the propertys sales through a proactive approach that aligns with the Mama standards.
  • Working closely with management youll develop our sales strategy and pricing policy to create customer demand : overnight stays sales meetings company seminars workshops with cocktail receptions meals... All roads lead to the Mama !
  • Youll monitor performance and adjust tactics along the way to make sure were hitting our targets and staying ahead of the game.
  • A true team leader you are responsible for and lead the Sales team making sure our customers satisfaction is at a high level . From recruitment and onboarding to coaching and development youll build a proactive high-performing environment where everyone can shine.
  • As a Mama brand ambassador  youll convey our values through your energy and good humor.
  • Youll work closely with our Ennismore regional contacts and brand leads for Sales Revenue and Brandas well as the Accor Global Sales teamto align strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Mama is counting on you to establish and maintain relationships with all the local regional national and international players : agencies production companies congresses institutions... They love you!

Qualifications : MADE FOR YOU ONLY IF

  • Youre passionate about sales without being the Wolf of Wall Street!
  • You bring 5 years experience in a senior hotel sales role preferably within a lifestyle hotel brand.
  • You know the Los Angeles market and its key feeder markets like the back of your hand.
  • Every detail is important to you and nothing is overlooked thanks to your sense of organization and anticipation.
  • With a keen sense of communication youre professional diplomatic and know how to bring all departments together. You can handle difficult situations.
  • Curious by nature youre constantly on the lookout for new things and youre great at leveraging these new things to generate revenue .
  • Blessed with excellent interpersonal skills youre never short of resources when faced with a customer situation.
  • You inspire with high energy genuine motivation and a leadership style that brings out everyones best.
  • Action-oriented you get your hands dirty and believe that participative management is the key to success.
  • You know how to handle pressure and stress (Master Yoda taught you everything you need to know).
  • Unbeatable at Monopoly you know how to set the right price at the right time!
  • You know how to use the right tools to report to owners management and the team : your Powerpoint animations and Excel spreadsheets are the envy of many!
  • Your passion for hospitality shows in everything you doyou create guest-centered experiences and inspire your team to do the same.
  • You are highly responsible reliable and ethical. A reputation for honesty and integrity.

  • Charismatic you are a real gladiator in a suit like Olivia Pope and you know how to stand your ground.

    • The annual base salary for this role is starting at $150000.
