[job_card.job_description]Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered / Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life support certification as required for the position. Minimum of 6 months RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. Essential Credentials : Registered Nurse Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support Engage in top-level direct patient care using the nursing process. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Emphasize patient wellness and evidence-based practicing. Support new team members through precepting roles. Embrace continuous learning in a fast-paced and innovative setting. Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at all points of patient care. Provide direct patient care that encompasses Perioperative, PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit), or Operating Room levels of care. Adhere to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards as part of evidence-based care models. Receive guidance and support for individualized specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators.
