Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of work and ensuring high-quality output.What you will do : Blueprint Reading and Interpretation : Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.Utilize written instructions to accurately complete assembly tasks.Tool Operation : Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently and safely. Inventory Management : Maintain an organized inventory of products in work stations, ensuring all necessary materials are available and accounted for.Quality Control : Perform quality checks on work, identifying and recording any product defects. Rework and / or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.Safety and Cleanliness : Adhere to quality standards and established safety procedures at all times.Maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure a productive work environment.Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Capable of working in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day. Technical Proficiency : Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure high-quality assembly.Precision in following engineering specifications and instructions.Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and rework products as needed to meet quality standards.Physical Stamina : Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing for extended periods.Safety Awareness : Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.Work Environment : This role involves working in environments that may vary from standard to non-standard conditions. It requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to adapt to different working conditions.Qualifications your must have : Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational / technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
