QI Nurse - Job Description

Duties :

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs to ensure staff members are knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures
• Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the overall quality of services provided
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management

Skills :

Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in using quality management software and tools

Note : Experience working with children is preferred but not required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $46,839.59 - $56,408.96 per year
