We are inviting PM&R physicians to join a team of dedicated professionals with a commitment to quality care. This is a rapidly growing Denver, Colorado-based physician-owned practice with a solid reputation.

Practice Details

• Providers round on patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long Term Care Centers
• Monday through Friday with some flexibility
• Team approach coordinating with primary care, geriatric care, specialists, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
• Clinical Triage manages on-call responsibilities from facilities 7 days a week
• Group utilizes smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
• Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives and a full complement of benefits
• Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
