Sales Director

What You Will Get To Do:
- Directly manage and nurture a named account list (of prospects) and develop account plans for winning and expanding business
- Create new business opportunities and build relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other financial institutions
- Partner with subject matter experts to navigate across solutions
- Maintain knowledge of industry, data, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory challenges and trends
- Attend and network at related industry events
- Work within a dynamic setting in a culture that strives for and rewards achievement
- Develop account plans for winning and expanding business with financial institutions
- Contribute to shaping our platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes and scaled engagement models
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
- Forecast Accuracy so that Management can properly plan for growth
- Maintaining a very clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast
- Selling automation solutions into large enterprises, BPOs and Shared Services operations, to manage complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure
- Self-generate new pipeline
- Close new business from end user clients
- Forecast Accuracy so that Management can properly plan for growth
- The ability to travel roughly 30-60% of the time is a requirement
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years of experience of financial services sales; familiarity with regulatory trends and developments in the industry a plus
- Superb relationship building skills are a must – a range of influencers are involved in successful automation sales – within the target accounts themselves, influencing partners and of course internal resources needed to support client activities
- Full sales cycle experience
Demonstrable communication, presentation, relationship, and collaboration skill
Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in a high-pressure, high-workload environment
High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success
- Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling
- Experience and proven ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers
- Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts
- Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships
- Comfortable in carrying a quota, have strong organizational skills and excellent relationship skills
- Will have a ruthless focus on results – pipeline generation, revenue and profit, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystem
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
Salary range for this role: $125k - $165K plus uncapped commissions
