What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor for unusual activity or conditions within the location, promptly reporting and documenting any observations as required. Support access control procedures by verifying identification and / or credentials as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions or concerns. Assist Allied Universal management with incident reporting and other security-related documentation as needed. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
