As a Wealth Advisor , your service-oriented nature and impeccable attention to detail are key in this position, as well as collaborating with your Lead Advisor, fellow Wealth Advisors, and Advisor Associates. Interacting with high-net-worth individuals, executives, business owners, and families, you’re confident being yourself and possess a high emotional IQ. You’re articulate, polished, and have an aptitude for financial vernacular. Extremely analytical and a great listener, you will master data gathering, drafting goals, and creating financial plans that speak to the clients in “their” language. Your commitment to making a positive impact in other people’s lives parallels your drive for personal and professional growth.

Day-to-Day as a Wealth Advisor :

• Work with a high-performing & growth-orientated team.
• Provide technical financial support to clients and Lead Advisors
• Deliver family office / private client / integrated wealth / emerging wealth service model to up to 100 households
• Some focus on weekly business development / referrals
• Manage ongoing client service while taking on new clients
• Speak your mind, have your voice heard, innovate and streamline existing processes, and enjoy coming to work each day
• Grow yourself personally and professionally with the support of your team and leadership
• Be financially rewarded for putting in the hard work

What You Bring as a Wealth Advisor :

Job Type : Full-time, salaried exempt

Location : This position is a hybrid position based out of our Dallas office.

Salary : Base Salary : $130,000 Bonus : $50,000 - $70,000
