[job_card.job_description]Conduct physical examinations and gather medical histories to assess donor suitability. Build strong relationships with donors to ensure their satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of donor and staff information. Educate donors about health and risks associated with plasma donation. Manage and evaluate donor injuries or adverse events. Assist in training employees and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. Current certification as an LPN in the state of employment. High school diploma or GED. CPR certification is mandatory. Ability to perform tasks both standing and sitting for extended periods. Frequent hand and foot movement with the capacity for precise coordination. Capability to bend, twist, and engage in physical activities as needed.
