Responsibilities :

• In accordance with MSHA and Company standards, take a proactive role in prioritizing safety on the job for yourself and others.
• Safely operate heavy equipment needed, safely and efficiently, including haul trucks, loaders, excavators, dozers, etc.
• Conduct pre and post-operation inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Complete reports / documentation as required.
• Monitor the plant and operations and report any unsafe behaviors, unsafe conditions, necessary maintenance, etc.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and project timelines
• Other duties as assigned
