Labor Litigation Paralegal - 3+ Years

Bronx, NY - $70-85K DOE

Our client, a boutique Plaintiff's law firm, is currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join their Bronx NY office. Candidate must have 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience; construction / labor law / auto accident experience highly preferred. Bilingual Spanish required. Immediate Hire!

  • 3+ years of plaintiff Personal Injury; auto accident / labor / construction accident litigation experience preferred
  • Ability to draft summons, complaints, responses
  • SmartAdvocate experience preferred
  • Must be able to commute to Bronx, near courthouse - fully in office position
  • Bilingual Spanish required
