A company is looking for a Program Manager, Transformation Execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects using structured project management methods

Ensure alignment of projects with strategic priorities and translate objectives into executable plans

Drive engagement with cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business, engineering, operations, or related field

5-8+ years of experience in project management, transformation, operations, or process improvement

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environments preferred

Strong project management and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
