Manage a caseload of litigated matters from intake through resolutionDrive trial prep : case strategy, discovery planning, records review, witness workups, and client interviewsTake and defend depositions and support expert discovery when neededDraft and argue motions and support hearing preparationConduct legal research and write clear, persuasive briefsCommunicate with clients and keep matters moving with urgency and accuracyCollaborate closely with a strong litigation team while owning your assignmentsQualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing2+ years litigation experience (defense preferred but not required if the experience is comparable)Strong writing, research, and practical judgment in fast-moving casesConfident deposition and motion practice skills (or clear readiness to grow into them)Professional, client-facing communication and the ability to work independentlyWhy Youll Love Working Here
