A company is looking for a Lead Software Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement new product modules while ensuring reliability and compliance

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore contractors

Monitor application health and handle sensitive production issues in a CJIS-compliant manner

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years leading and mentoring teams of 8 or more software developers

5+ years of expert-level experience in C# / .NET (currently .NET 8)

3+ years of experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.)

5+ years of experience with SQL Server and Redis

1-2 years of experience guiding offshore contractors and providing technical mentorship
