Senior DevSecOps Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to drive the security and scalability of a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee cloud infrastructure as code to build maintainable, scalable systems with proper metrics and monitoring

Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into practical technology solutions

Support security assessments and maintain HIPAA and SOC2 compliance through automation and operational best practices

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for web applications in cloud environments

Experience in mentoring engineers and reviewing code for best practices

Ability to prioritize projects and make trade-offs effectively

Familiarity with HIPAA / SOC2 compliance and interest in ML / AI is a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
