[job_card.job_description]Be part of a comprehensive cancer care program recognized for high value and quality, accredited by COC and ASCO QOPI. Utilize fully integrated services, including surgical oncology, radiation oncology, support services, and more. Participate in a vibrant research program with opportunities for principal investigator roles. Engage in dedicated tumor board meetings across various cancer types. Access cutting-edge technology, including onsite PET scans such as PSMA PET. Collaborate with inpatient hospitalists and enjoy robust support from a designated inpatient oncology floor. Build relationships with prominent university and academic medical centers. Focus on general oncology practices while developing your specialty interests in oncology and hematology. Work alongside five oncologists and six advanced practitioners. Have the opportunity to precept residents and medical students. Utilize a flexible call schedule with defined inpatient coverage responsibilities. Benefit from a built-in primary care referral base from multiple community sources. Access a full infusion service for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and more. Incorporate survivorship and palliative care programs into your practice. Utilize an EPIC EMR system with BEACON for patient care management. Enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes a $100,000 signing bonus. Unrestricted Washington Physician (MD / DO) License or the ability to obtain prior to employment. Successful completion of residency / fellowship at an accredited program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in medical oncology or hematology and oncology.

At Optum, you will be recognized for your contributions and provided with a clear path for success. This position is located at The Everett Clinic in Washington, a part of Optum since 2019, expanding our reach to improve healthcare services in the Puget Sound area.
Required Qualifications :
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $450,000 - $600,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonuses, influenced by factors such as local labor markets and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included, subject to eligibility requirements.
