Provider Data Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Data Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for onboarding and credentialing providers, resolving issues as they arise

Conduct regular meetings with delegated entities to address and troubleshoot issues, providing training on the onboarding process

Ensure the accuracy of the online provider directory and manage provider credentialing applications and contracts

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or above

Familiarity with credentialing and provider rosters

Experience as a liaison with providers and internal support groups

Ability to meet deadlines under time-sensitive constraints

Proficient in computer applications, including Excel
