Business Development Manager Facilities Management (Remote, U.S.)

Location : Company based in Dallas, TX | Role is remote with required travel Territory : Nationwide

We're partnering with a growing facilities-focused organization that is expanding its national footprint and looking to add a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep experience in facilities management and multi-site retail portfolios.

This role is ideal for someone who already knows the facilities world, understands how national accounts operate, and has existing relationships with large, multi-location brands.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business growth within the facilities management space, focusing on national and regional multi-site accounts
• Leverage existing relationships with brands managing 50100+ locations per region
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across retail, convenience, logistics, and commercial portfolios
• Work closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and travel as needed to support business development efforts
