Your Responsibilities Include :
Conducting behavioral assessments and developing tailored ABA therapy plans.Supervising RBTs and fieldwork students to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical services.Guiding parents and caregivers in skill development.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech, occupational, and mental health specialists.Tracking progress, writing treatment plans, and adjusting interventions based on data.Participating in clinical team meetings and ongoing learning cohorts to further your expertise.What We're Looking For :
