Base Salary : $50,000-$65,000 + Uncapped Commission
Overview of the Sales Representative Role :
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
Manage and expand existing client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Deliver compelling presentations and product / service demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Preferred Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (B2B)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
