Tax Senior – Client Review & Quality Lead (On-Site – Atlanta, GA)

Salary Range : $75,000 – $100,000 base + performance bonus (up to 15%)

We’re scaling quickly and need an experienced Tax Senior who can take ownership of client-facing reviews, maintain quality across our prep team, and help us continue delivering excellence at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Review individual, partnership, S-Corp, and small business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120-S).
• Lead client-facing review calls — explain results clearly and confidently.
• Catch technical and compliance issues before returns are finalized.
• Train and coach junior preparers; provide structured feedback loops.
• Maintain and improve internal review SOPs and client communication templates.
• Identify recurring tax planning and advisory opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team in weekly DOER loops (Plan → Execute → Review).
