CMM Programmer :

  • 1st shift. Shift hours are 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm M-F.
  • The pay range is $28.00-31.50 / hour.
  • Will be trained for 2-3 weeks to learn machines / products.
  • Experience with MCOSMOS Software and knows how to run and operate a CMM Machine and willing to learn the inspection process per the QMS We are seeking a career-minded individual for the position of CMM Programmer.
  • In addition to the job description below, candidates must possess strong customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task at a quick pace.

Responsibilities :

  • Create new and correct, modify, and rewrite existing CMM inspection programs.
  • Plan and perform check-piece, in-process, and final inspection.
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Proven experience / ability with mechanical inspection tools - calipers, optical comparators, bore gages, digital height gages, O.D. / I.D. micrometers, indicators, Rockwell hardness testing, gage pins / blocks, and microscopes.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Resolve quality compliance problems with other internal departments.
  • Frequently required to sit, walk, or stand.
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and / or use a keyboard.
  • Frequently required to lift / push / carry items up to 50 pounds.
  • Work on Specialized equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or associate degree.
  • Three years of CMM programming experience using MCOSMOS.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in CMM programming, inspection, measurement, and fixture development.
  • 3 to 5 years Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T).
