Mapping Transit Expert

A company is looking for a Mapping Transit City Expert responsible for improving transit data and providing country-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain transit data pipelines and establish ground truth for the city / country

Consult on urban transit systems and review mapping operations issues for quality checks

Document and analyze information needs for product improvement and suggest enhancements to data management platforms

Required Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree

1 - 3 years of related experience

Deep knowledge of Seattle's transit / traffic network and urban planning

Basic data analytics and programming skills (Java, C#, C++, Python)

Knowledge of transit-specific data formats, particularly GTFS, is an advantage
