Property Inspection Technical and Compliance Specialist

Position Summary

Seek Now is seeking a detail-oriented Technical and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This candidate must be located in the Dallas, San Antonio, Houston or Austin, TX area. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our field force while ensuring compliance with the required certifications and service capability qualifications. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with significant field engagement opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in content creation and instructional design
• In-person instruction and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements
• Problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a technical support or compliance role preferred
• Experience with Xact and Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with short form video creation preferably in Learnie

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to field personnel
• Monitor and enforce compliance with required certifications and qualifications
• Design and create comprehensive in-person virtual development courses covering all products and services to ensure continuous employee growth.
• Focus on hands on learning experiences such as: Think Like our Customer Course
• Create short form video content to improve quality and efficiency of service performance using Learnie (Seek Now’s Learning Management System).
• Generate regular compliance reports and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Communicate quality related feedback from Quality Assurance department to field personnel
• Work closely with Contractor Development & Technology Team
• Assist field teams in implementing quality improvement measures

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities currently.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in staff adjusting, staff catastrophe claims handling or third-party insurance claim inspection services

Work Environment:

• Remote position with approximately 20% travel requirement within the local region and wider travel at times during field needs
• Must be able to provide in-field support during scheduled events, including emergency response to post storm and catastrophe situations
• May require occasional weekend or evening availability based on field events or other business needs

Physical Demands:

• Typical in-office activities (sitting, standing, and walking)
• Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment.
• Able to lift 75lbs
