Flexibility : We understand the importance of work-life balance. This in-office full-time position offers a flexible schedule, with no on-call responsibilities and potential for virtual days. In addition, this position will have built-in time for documentation and meetings.

As Part of the Foresight Outpatient Prescribing Team, You Will :

• Provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management and brief supportive therapy for clients (18+), which includes :
• 60-minute intakes
• 15-30-minute follow-ups (depending on patient acuity and need for brief supportive therapy determined and set by your assessment)
• 45-minute transfer appointments
• Collaborating with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care
• Maintain a determined schedule that fits with your needs, with no on-call responsibilities
