AI Engineer

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an AI Engineer to join their innovative team. As an AI Engineer, you will be part of the AI Development Department supporting the creation of a large-scale AI platform designed to empower various lines of business that currently lack coding and AI experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Addison, TX (Open to Pennington, Atlanta, and San Francisco)

Pay Range : What's the Job?

Develop and enhance large-scale AI platforms tailored for enterprise use.

Work on integrating RAG and vector database technologies to support GEN AI initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build modular AI infrastructure, including MCP servers.

Optimize AI model deployment, management, and orchestration across distributed systems.

Participate in technical interviews and contribute to continuous improvement of AI solutions.

What's Needed?

Extensive experience with Python programming for AI and software development.

Hands-on experience with RAG and vector databases, especially in GEN AI contexts.

Knowledge of MCP servers and their role in managing AI models and infrastructure.

Strong understanding of distributed AI systems and model orchestration.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
