Job Summary :

As an Accounting Manager, you will report to the Director of Accounting and lead a team responsible for managing the financial statements for five entities. You will drive efficiency and ensure the timely and accurate filing of financials and the validity of all accounting functions. You will manage and review accruals, revenue recognition, audits, and account reconciliations with accordance to GAAP.

Responsibilities :

• Complete monthly financials, including the balance sheet and income statement and present the results to leadership.
• Conduct revenue and expense analysis with comparisons and explanations for drivers of large changes or unexpected variances.
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Accurately account for intercompany transactions, consolidation, and entries.
• Lead and assist with year-end audit with external auditors.
• Filing of sales and use tax returns.
• Partner closely with finance to align on actual results compared to forecasted results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams reviewing expenditures and limiting unnecessary costs.
• Monitor internal control policies and procedures.
• Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

The hiring range for this position based in New Berlin, Wisconsin is ($100,000.00 - $110,000.00) per year.
