Collaborate with engineering, operations, and insurance experts to enhance back-end performance and customer experience

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup

Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data independently

Ownership of metrics and a focus on continuous improvement

Passion for AI and interest in leveraging it for personalized customer communications
