A company is looking for a Compliance and Quality Assurance Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of litigated and non-litigated claims, including Bodily Injury, Auto Physical Damage, and Cargo claims
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful claim outcomes and mentor less experienced co-workers
Assist with carrier renewals, audits, and manage closed file processes related to deductible recovery and salvage
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Heavy Commercial Auto / Bodily Injury claims handling or a similar role
Active adjuster license required; multi-jurisdictional license is a plus
Strong understanding of commercial auto / trucking insurance and claims litigation principles
Experience with APD and Cargo claims preferred, along with exposure to litigated claims and multi-state good faith claims practices
