Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analysis and recommendations

Support organizational trainings and document current-state processes across relevant offices

Manage and execute recurring educational webinars, ensuring effective coordination and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or business

4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or process improvement

Experience in conducting assessments of program effectiveness and developing actionable recommendations

Familiarity with coordinating meetings, virtual trainings, or webinars

Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
