Position Summary :

The Machine Operator plays a key role in our production process by setting up operating and maintaining corrugated box-making equipment. This position ensures all machinery runs efficiently safely and produces high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate various production machinery including flexo folder gluers rotary die cutters slotters and stitchers.

Set up machines according to production orders and specifications.

Monitor operations to ensure product quality and consistency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

Make mechanical adjustments to improve output and minimize downtime.

Ensure correct materials are used and properly loaded into machines.

Record production data including quantities waste and downtime.

Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy.

Follow all safety and quality procedures and report any issues to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

Assist in training or guiding new production team members as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required.

12 years of experience operating manufacturing or converting machinery preferred (corrugated or packaging industry a plus).

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret production orders schematics and measurements .

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Forklift experience helpful but not required (training provided).

Schedule :

Full-time (MondayFriday)

Day Shift (6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM) or Night Shift (3 : 30 PM 12 : 00 AM)
