Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational systems Exposure to manufacturing automation, SCADA, MES, or similar platforms Experience working with system integrations, APIs, or ERP-connected environments Working proficiency in Python for scripting and automation Strong working knowledge of SQL , including joins and query optimization Experience using relational databases in a production or business environment Ability to understand existing systems and contribute enhancements or fixes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including standing, stooping, reaching, and climbing. Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to various environmental conditions.

POSITION PURPOSE :
We are seeking an Automation & Data Systems Developer to support and maintain internal software systems used across our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of Python- and SQL-based solutions that support automation, reporting, and system integration efforts within the plant environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience working with production or business systems and the ability to apply software solutions to operational workflows.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based tools and scripts supporting manufacturing operations
- Write, test, and optimize SQL queries and database interactions
- Support integration efforts between software systems and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system and data-related issues
- Maintain documentation related to systems and processes supported by this role
- Support ongoing automation and continuous improvement initiatives
