SUMMARY :

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team at Verena at Gilbert , located in Gilbert, AZ - where the luxury of resort living meets the convenience of an all-inclusive 55+ Independent Living senior community. Verena at Gilbert offers a lifestyle envied by many, providing residents with access to resort-style amenities and a broad range of social activities. The Sales Counselor is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and converting those prospects into Residents. This is a Sunday through Thursday position.

PAY & BONUS :

Competitive hourly pay of $24 / hr - $25 / hr and an exceptional bonus / incentive plan designed to reward your hard work and success. Bonus Plan includes : Base rent commission, Community Payout Bonus, and Annual Bonus potential.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our community—guiding prospective residents through the rental process, showcasing the unique benefits of our community, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every step of the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Shepperd qualified leads through the entire sales process (inquiry to move-in).
• Community outreach activity to generate qualified referrals.
• Respond to inquiries / leads, scheduled visits, conduct tours, handle objections, and close the deal.
• Conduct daily and weekly review of closing strategies for prospects in the pipeline.
• Effectively use CRM (Salesforce) for all internal and external sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Director, Executive Director and other department heads to create a positive hospitality-oriented atmosphere for all Team members and residents.
• Recognize and foster a sales-oriented culture.
• Attend and actively participate in company-hosted webinars, on-site meetings, regional meetings, and national meetings.
• Drive sales with a ‘love and respect’ of the team, community, amenities, and residents.
