Position Summary

ExtraHop is on a mission to secure the world's digital infrastructure with industry-leading Network Detection and Response (NDR). As Sr. Manager of Product Growth, Strategy & Operations, you'll advance growth initiatives, support product strategy, and improve operational efficiency.

This individual contributor role partners closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success. You'll drive data-driven insights, cross-functional execution, and operational excellence, ensuring product plans are actionable and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to drive market adoption and accelerate growth of our products
• Identify and vet new opportunities to grow and expand the business; drive execution planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams (channels, GTM, partnerships, sales)
• Develop and synthesize the optimal set of data & analytics to identify high-leverage product growth opportunities
• Build product line view of the state of the business with narratives for executive consumption in quarterly business reviews
• Define and measure the success of new capabilities in market, and bring in customer feedback to constantly improve the product and drive growth in KPIs
• Commission research on our products and / or future trends with industry analysts or market research firms
• Identify gaps and market adjacencies, and devise plans to aggressively go after them through buy, build, or partnership approach
• Lead high-ambiguity projects with tight timelines sponsored by senior / executive leadership
• Actively promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and team-work
