Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Rate : $35 per hour

Job Description :

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct, one-on-one nursing services to students aged 3 to 21 in a school setting.

Responsibilities include :

• Delivering individualized healthcare services in alignment with students' Health Care Plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Coordinating and providing in-school health care during school hours, on school calendar dates, and in smoke-free educational environments.
• Supporting the health and well-being of students in compliance with federal, state, and school regulations and procedures.
• Offering services to individual students or groups, ensuring care aligns with their developmental and educational needs.

This role requires close collaboration with educators and staff to ensure each student's healthcare needs are effectively met.
