Compensation Project Manager

A company is looking for a Compensation Project Manager (Part-Time, REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Provide project management and operational support to the Compensation Design & Delivery team

Maintain a clear calendar of deliverables and coordinate workflows across teams

Assist with project tracking, reporting, and content creation for compensation workstreams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of corporate compensation experience, including full compensation lifecycle projects support

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience in a large corporate enterprise environment

Project management skills, including stakeholder reporting and project tracking

Experience with HR systems; Workday is preferred
