Location : Remote - Base location NYC Metro Area (Preferred) OR Boston, Washington D.C., Chicago, Miami.

Type of role : Full-Time | Executive Leadership

Experience required : A minimum of 18 years of deep network and direct experience within the Private Equities.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our executive leadership team and drive the next phase of Aeries Technology's growth journey. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on expanding our client base and service offerings within the private equity ecosystem.

Cultivate and leverage relationships within the PE industry to drive new business and partnerships.

Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, delivery, and operations to accelerate growth initiatives with business goals.

Identify new market opportunities, including M&A, strategic alliances, and product / service innovation.

Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong unit economics and client satisfaction.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Proven track record of growth leadership in a professional services, consulting, or technology firm.

Deep network and direct experience within the Private Equity industry—either by working in a PE firm or in a leadership role serving PE-backed companies.

Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, structure, and close complex deals.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at pace in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Pre-requisite : Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
