Key Responsibilities of the Role : HR Admin
Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records.
Coordinate HR communications, events, and staff engagement activities.
Utilize digital tools such as Google Workspace, DocuSign, Asana, and Adobe to streamline workflows.
Assist with benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR data management.
Prepare reports, maintain organizational charts, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and care.
Preferred Qualifications : HR Admin
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfort learning new HR platforms.
