Our client is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their team on-site 4 days per week, working on impactful applications that support key business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, improving processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
About the role
In this position, you will design, build, and maintain reliable front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies. You will help streamline and automate workflows, develop internal tools such as intranet sites and monitoring systems, and play an active role in identifying and implementing strategic improvements across the business.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end and back-end code
- Review and optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and automate workflows
- Lead initiatives like intranet development, support tools, and monitoring systems to anticipate and prevent client issues
- Proactively identify strategic business opportunities and constructively challenge existing ways of working
- Collaborate with peers across departments and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
