Our Accounting & Finance Department is dynamic and collaborative. Role Description :

As a Senior Manager, Finance, you'll step into a leadership role within a highly skilled and technical accounting group, driving critical financial insights that support strategic growth for Safety National and its subsidiaries. You'll manage and mentor a team responsible for accounting and operational functions, ensuring timely and accurate entries within PeopleSoft and other systems. Your role will focus on in-depth analysis of financial metrics, expense lines, and capital modeling, helping guide leadership's decisions with data-backed forecasting and reporting tools.

You'll also lead initiatives that streamline and optimize department-wide processes, collaborating cross-functionally to identify gaps and implement solutions that enhance performance. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in GAAP, statutory insurance accounting, and a passion for using financial insights to influence long-term strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-based compensation. In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $113,000 to $148,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
