Position : Warehouse Associate (Dry Section 2nd Shift)

Start Time : 1 : 00 PM End Time : 10 : 00 PM (Hours are subject to change based on the company’s need)

As a Warehouse Associate you will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of your department.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to confirm warehouse is suitable for daily operations
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse while maintaining all safety protocols and company procedures
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, supply rooms and other designated areas
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities
• Keep accurate records on the use and / or damage of stock and stock handling equipment
• Examine and inspect items for wear or defects prior to use; reporting any damage to supervisors
• Provide assistance and / or direction to other warehouse or freezer workers
• Use fully functioning warehouse equipment (i.e. Forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, etc.) to drop and move freight throughout warehouse, while maintaining all safety and company procedures
• Work in containers unloading freight
• Perform other related duties as assigned
