The Investment : Compensation & Benefits

We believe top talent deserves top compensation.

Compensation : Highly Competitive Hourly Pay : $24 - $47 per hour (Based on Certifications, Experience, and Production).

Equivalent Annual Earning Potential :

$55,000 - $100,000

Production Expectation : Consistent weekly production hours of 42.5 - 50 hours are expected, reflecting a commitment to high output and efficiency.

What We Require : Driven & Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking professionals who are committed to continuous improvement and high-level productivity.

Experience : 2-10+ years of professional, hands-on Automotive Technician experience.

Certifications (Required) : Valid Driver's License and Michigan State Certifications (Minimum 3 core competencies required; 8 certifications strongly preferred ).

Commitment to Excellence (Preferred) : ASE Certifications are preferred. All new hires are expected to actively pursue and achieve additional ASE certifications to maintain their expertise.

Tooling : Must possess the ability to understand diagnostic tools and equipment necessary to perform advanced functions at this skill level.
