Resident Accounts Specialist

Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station is seeking a Resident Account Specialist (officially titled Accounting & Collections Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for posting rent payments, maintaining accurate resident ledgers, managing delinquencies and collections, and assisting residents with billing questions . If you have experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or property management accounting and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile rent payments, fees, and resident charges
• Maintain accurate resident account ledgers and prepare monthly financial reports
• Contact residents regarding delinquent balances and arrange payment plans
• Process move-out account statements and security deposit dispositions
• Respond to resident questions about billing, charges, and payment history
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting overall property financial performance
