Arkansas Licensed Support Broker

A company is looking for a Support Broker in Arkansas (Drew County).

Key Responsibilities

Assist with marketing self-direction to prospective participants and their representatives

Facilitate participant enrollment, orientation, and training in self-direction

Monitor participant health and safety, and report any concerns to relevant parties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of three years' experience in customer service, data entry, teaching, mentoring, or coaching

Must reside in Arkansas and be within commutable distance to Drew County

Experience with outcome-based expectations

Ability to assist participants in managing their support services
