Slot Assistant Shift Manager

Assist the Slot Manager and / or Director of Slot Operations in the overall and daily management of the Slot department.

Oversee Slot Operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy.

Supervise hire schedule train evaluate coach counsel and terminate Slot Department personnel.

Assume duties of the Slot Manager and / or Director of Slots in his / her absence within established parameters.

Resolve customer disputes arising in the Slot Department.

Submit Internal Control revisions to streamline Slot Operations.

Maintain knowledge of competitive Slot practice.

Utilize professional human relationship skills to select develop and motivate staff.

Evaluate and participate in the approval of customer credit.

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in gaming with a concentration in slots preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of related management experience preferred.

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Performance of this job will take place in both an office setting as well as the casino floor. Jobholder will be exposed to certain casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to noise second-hand smoke and varied degrees of lighting.

Must be able to obtain / maintain any necessary licenses and / or certifications.

Additional Information :

Compensation pay range - $43888.00 - $61000.00 annually.
