Payroll Specialist

Purpose : The Payroll Specialist position supports the Payroll Department in timely and accurate weekly payroll submission and record keeping.

Essential Duties :

• Assist Sr Payroll Admin in timely and accurate weekly payroll submission.
• Organize and scan Payroll and HR documents
• Audit and reconcile time sheets, earnings, deductions, leave balances
• Enter wage garnishments and court orders
• Research and solving payroll errors and / or discrepancies
• Provide customer service to the field and operations
• Running and generating standard reports
• Weekly check distribution
