What You’ll Do

Provide resident-centered care that supports dignity and independence

Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to safety

Monitor resident health changes and document findings clearly

Collaborate with RNs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver personalized care plans

Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while following infection control standards

Communicate with residents and families to build trust, support, and understanding

What You Bring

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio

Current CPR certification

Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care preferred (training available)

Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills

Team-player mentality with flexibility to support daily needs
